From Browser Pop-up message:

If your pop-up blocker is turned on, you may see this message under your tabs in the browser:

If so, click where it says “click here…” and a pop-up box will display.

Select “Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site…”

You should get the following message:

Select “Yes” and the site pop-ups should work.

Exit your browser and then come back in.

If you don’t see the Browser Pop-up message:

Open IE. Do you have the following toolbar?

If you don’t see the tool bar as shown above, you will need to add it. To add this tool bar, right click to the right of you browser tabs. (Where the red arrow is in the picture below…)

When you see the pop-up menu, select the “Command Bar” option.

To turn off the pop-up blocker for the LBB, do the following:

Click the “Tools” Menu.

Select “Pop-up Blocker”.

Select “Pop-up Blocker Settings”.

You should see the following dialog box:

In the Address of website to allow: type in *.lbb.texas.gov and click the “Add” button.

Then click the close button. Exit your browser and then come back in.
